Jack is a network solution architect, author, and principal consultant at Speak Network Solutions. He has been designing and implementing enterprise and large-scale service provider networks as well as teaching and blogging about advanced technologies. His current focus includes software defined networking (SDN), data centers, cloud integration, wireless, WAN architectures and design. Jack holds B.S. in Engineering and M.S. in Computer Science.

His passion for network technologies and solutions has played dominant role in his 20 years of industry experience. He prides himself in his knowledge sharing abilities, evident in the fact that he has mentored many successful engineers, as well as having designed and delivered a number of network infrastructures around the globe.

Jack is an advisory board member of several organizations for the dissemination of technologies and promoting indigenous excellence in the field of internetworking through academic and professional activities.

Jack is also the organizer and contributor of well-regarded Cisco VIRL – Virtual Internet Routing Lab LinkedIn group. The group is for network engineering professionals to share their knowledge and to help each other building virtualized network simulations to test and replicate real-world environment. Focused on bringing together anyone working or associated with the Cisco networking field.
